Saw Captin Morgan's post "Grilled shrimp and grits" and decided to model tonight's meal after it - minus the shrimp, grits & toast. Probably a stretch but it got the wheels turning and I had a plastic bag and some Zesty Italian in the pantry (no cracks about my family even though I'm leaving myself wide open - see "Grilled shrimp & grits" posting).

Bag full of vegis and a couple of ripe avocados with Zesty Italian and the Mahi Mahi.

All the vegis were grilled over high heat and then sidelined on the indirect side with more
of the Zesty Italian drizzled on top until they got tender. The bagged vegis contained Asian
eggplants, zucchinis, brussell sprouts and parsnips.

The finished plate tasted better than it looks here. I forgot to put a scoop of the avocado
next to the fish in this shot. It really tasted good with the fish and leftover dirty rice.
