My wife picked up some Mahi Mahi fillets from the market for dinner tonight. The question we both had was how to cook it as we wanted to try something different. I did a search online and found this, http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Grilled-Ma ... etail.aspx. The fish was served over steamed ricer. With the fish we also had steamed edamame and a nice green salad with an Asian dressing. Everything was very good, give this recipe a try, I think you may like it. My pictures suck but thought I would post anyway.

Just off the grill.

I just might have to try that. Usually we soak our mahi mahi in straight Italian dressing for an hour or 2. Then throw them over the coals like Lew suggested. It fantastic every time.
