Not a whole lot else going on so i thoght I would fire up the kettle for lunch. Add about a pound of ground chuck and a nice and easy lunch for me and the Mrs.

Ahh yes chuck make a dandy tastin burger What % fat do you use?
I like 20%... The wife bought some 10% a while back so I stuffed a pat of butter in the center of each burger,... I could not tell the difference
