Found a package of ground bison while freezer diving this morning.
Half of the burger with blue cheese. Forgot to take a pic of the fully assembled burgers,
Thought I had some jalapenos but all we had were serranos so I roasted some up then took the skins off, deseeded and chopped them up.
Burgers at the flip with a nice crust formed on them.
Burgers done
Burgers with the serrano chilies and added some bacon.
Added a slice of cheese on mine.
Plated with some pork rinds and some leftover green beans from last night.
