Lazy Wangs and Pork Tenderloin Chili Verde

Lazy Wings (I didn't feel like cutting them up) and pork tenderloin chili verde was on the menu today!

I used the leftover grilled pork tenderloin from the other night for the chili verde and this stuff rocks! This was the second time I've grilled chicken with no seasoning at all on it and I love doing it this way and will in the future. I made up a great spicy sweet BBQ sauce and dipped them in it right off the grill and then onto the platter.

Jim it's 'Chile Verde' not 'Salsa Verde', both are new to me but the Chile Verde recipe I found had pork in it and salsa verde does not.
