Here's 3 racks of babybacks I did in the kettle this weekend. Mustard slather then rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird and smoked indirect on the kettle with mesquite and regular k. Spritzed with wooster/rub mixture a few times and man o man these were the best ribs I've done. Love my kettle!

The rib rack just gives you more space. On the kettle its hard to have more than 2 racks so standing them up in the rack I can fit 4 no problemo! 10 bucks for the rack and works great!
