Kettle babybacks!

Here's 3 racks of babybacks I did in the kettle this weekend. Mustard slather then rubbed with Plowboys Yardbird and smoked indirect on the kettle with mesquite and regular k. Spritzed with wooster/rub mixture a few times and man o man these were the best ribs I've done. Love my kettle!

Looks Great! I have been seeing more and more of the rib racks that hold them up on the side. Do these racks just conserve space on the smoker or is there another function?

The rib rack just gives you more space. On the kettle its hard to have more than 2 racks so standing them up in the rack I can fit 4 no problemo! 10 bucks for the rack and works great!
