Just got a infrared grill at Academy

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.

I got this little sucker yesterday. I don't grill on gas too often so I guess I will have to learn the tricks. It's all stainless and cost $149.00..Seems like a good price to me. I just bought a hose to hook up 20 lbs propane to it... I'll try some rib eyes on it this weekend.....Here's a thumbnail to a bigger picture of it....
 
Oh man, not sure how you will refrain from cooking on it before then. Nice looking set up. Do you cater? That looks like a travel unit.

I got it at Academy Sporting Goods...I work nights , so I will test it friday or saturday when I'm off...What do yall think I should cook first? Rib eye? T-bone? How about what's on sale? :LOL:
