Mixed the baby portobella mushroom and blue cheese in with the meat then grilled it at 400. The bread was supposed to be chiabatta but flopped and didn't rise as much as suspected.

Looks awesome! Care to share that bread recipe?

250 grams of bread flour
237 grams of water
1 teaspoon of instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Mix the livin crap out of it and let it rise for 3 hours.
GENTLY shape it like you want it and let it sit for another hour.

Drizzle with EVOO and parmasian and bake at 450 for 25 minutes.

"Mix the livin crap out of it"

Is that a culinary term?
LOL Love it!

No joke. That's what the recipe says to do. In fact, it says if it starts climbing up the dough hook just knock it back down and keep mixing. This dough is so wet you don't need a dough hook on your mixer so I use the paddle. It will eventually all collect on the paddle and then it's time to stop.
