Saw this on Food Wars...and a trip to the store later...
2 slices of American on mine (classic way), Swiss for the wife.
Salt n pepper, flip, prick with toothpic to let steam escape. NOM!

Those have to be on tap for me this weekend, thanks for sharing Scotty, it looks great, good pictures too. Larry is right, it looks like one of the crazy emoticon you guys come up with.
 
Looks mighty yummy. Mom n Pop hamburger joint used to make a similar burger. It was wet and messy. Person needed a shower after they ate one. Good job.

Those are some great looking burgers. I like the way the cheese flows out. I'm going to definitely try these and soooon.
 
These were born in MN of all places. I've been here 10 years now and the fact that I haven't visited Matt's is shame on me. I like to put some chopped onions in the ones I do at home.
