Jamaican jerk Pork Chops and Slaw with Mango Dressing

Last weekends cook. Jamaican Jerk Pork Chops, Roasted Corn on the cob, Carrot Slaw with Mango Dressing and toasted Salsa. The chops where a bit over cooked but thats what they get for recruiting me to prep and cook the meal.

The jerk did come through but I pack it on pretty good. I also added a pinch of cayenne since the kids had already eaten.
