Applied some Knox Spice Co Jamaican rub and then marinaded the chicken in some Walkers woods Jerk marinade for around 9 hours. Applied another dose of the dry rub when I put the chicken on the grill. I forgot to take pics of the prep,all I got was a pic of the dry rub.

Cooked some potatoes on the grill, halved them then cooked then in a CI skillet in canola oil and used a little adobo seasoning and black pepper for seasoning.After frying the I added a little sea salt.

A little cauliflower in the wok. Seasoned with some Slap ya Mama and black pepper and finished in some unsalted butter.

Ahhh.... give me a plate like that with an ice cold Red Stripe and I'm set. Very nice!
