...which means it's time for some steaks on the grill. New Yorks on their way to being medium-rare. My usual treatment: salt, garlic, a few flakes of crushed red pepper, ground black pepper and olive oil. Nothing complicated, but I just never get tired of this :mrgreen:

Thanks guys. Some time I'll need to get around to something besides steaks, but in the meantime...
