I haven't had a beef burger in almost a year, been eating Buffalo. Store is changing suppliers or something, so they didn't have any.....I picked up 1.5lbs of ground chuck and a 2lb Porterhouse for my wife, the daggone tenderloin is as big as the strip!

Started out with the usual red onion marinated in Zesty Italian Dressing for my wife, she eats the whole **** thing.

Few minutes later I added a marinated red pepper and new potatoes. Also added sweet potatoes that were coated in a bit of canola oil, seared and then dusted with Wolfe Rub Original. Rubbed some corn down with oil and Sucklebusters Campfire Steak seasoning, this is my go to when I don't want WR's. Good stuff.

looks great, especially the steak. I made my own chow chow this
summer, and I'm loving that stuff.

Yes I remember and I'm STILL waiting on mine. You said if it was good you'd send me one. You've hated me for years haven't you?

Outstanding looking beef and sides. I have been eating a lot of buffalo burgers too. Great idea with the raised grate. I have a couple of broken ones when I bought my 26" that should work for that purpose.

Looks great Larry. I have the CI grates on my Performer and I was wondering if you would sell a single section of the grate for a 22.5 webber? Wouldn't mind setting up something like you have on your grill myself. Is that possible and what would the cost be if so?

Give me until Tuesday and I'll have an affirmative cost for ya!

Looks killer as usual Larry and I bet that burger tasted darn good after not having any beef for awhile. Thanks for sharing.
