Marinated BSC breasts in Zesty Italian Dressing and grilled. Enjoyed these with my wife's broccoli salad and some brown rice for a nice healthy dinner.

Thinking about making subs with the leftovers tonight with a little tomato sauce and cheese.

I also picked up a 4-pack of DogFish Punkin Ale just for you guys! :LOL:

Hahaha, it's called grilling, not baking Bigwheel Crocker.......black is char = flavor, brown is baking, I'm sure the warden will set you straight on that! :LOL:
