I have a Silver B...is the proper indirect grilling method with the meat in the center with that burner off and the front and back ones on high? :)

Yup! Maybe don't need both front and rear on high, depends what temp. your trying to maintain. I try to maintain 300* temp for indirect grilling. Also, if you don't put a pan under your food at indirect, when your finsihed cooking, light all burners to high and let it rip to burn off all the fat drippings!
