I went freezer diving....

And found a top round steak......seasoned with worcestershire, salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Did a reverse sear until 105, then did a quick sear. My wife made broccoli salad, pretty good meal even though Miller Lite caused me to over cook the meat....

Larry, I find that when the beer forces you to over cook, it's best to drink more. The more cooked you get, the less you will care about the meat being overcooked! If you need to dispose of the over cooked meat, just send it here, I know just the place to dispose of it!
