Yesterday I used a bunch of charcoal briquettes to get a really hot grill to cook some burgers for the Saints game. Tossed in some hickory chunks for smoke.
When I say these cooked fast I do mean fast and they had a perfect chargrilled crust on them.
My wife made a delicious potato salad and we had some bacon that needed to get used so as you can see it made for great eats.
A couple of frosty Abita beers made it even better.
Burgers were so good I had to have a second one with pickled jalapeno slices. They really weren't that big.....
