I'm loving my latest cookbook, Charcuterie. I've yet to make anything out of it that wasn't great (well, my bacon needs some work but that's the fun of it). Made homemade bratwursts for the first time this morning and grilled them up during halftime of the Pack/Bears game.


Just ground, stuffed and twisted into links.

These were incredible. Best brats I've ever had and I had a lot of good ones growing up outside of Minneapolis.

My neighbor brews some awesome beer, but it would really round things out if we had a local brat maker.
