Has anyone made Griffloaf with ground turkey?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.

Needs fat. Maybe grind up the turkey skin? You looking for a "Healthy" kind of meat loaf or just trying it with turkey?
 
Jim, ground turkey is no better for you unless it's 'breast' which would be horrible in the Griff Loaf. If you want a healthier version, either us ground round or sirloin and 1/3 less fat sausage.
 
I'm finding out there's a lot of tricky things in trying to eat healthy.
Never knew that about the ground turkey..thanks. I hate that stuff anyway.
