Halibut Fish Tacos

A guy a work had a few great days fishing and hooked me up with some Halibut he caught.

Slathered some mayo on the fish and added some Slap ya Mama seasoning.

Also made some shrimp but forgot to take a pic before my SOn and Wife got to them.

Then made some fish tacos. They look like crap but they were probably the best fish tacos I have ever had.

The fish tacos look tasty, but I have a question about the Slap Ya Mama. Never tried it but a friend just ordered a 6 pack I think so maybe soon. He says it is the best cajun seasoning out there. What do you think?

It's pretty good. I use it on my competition chickin' along with the other "secret" ingredients.

Never heard of Mayo on fish before you cook it. Tacos look great! I'm gonna have to cook some of those now. I might even try the flour tortillas too! :D
