Used an Alton Brown Gyro recipe and made kebobs out of them. Only change I made was used half ground lamb and half ground chuck.

Placed the kebobs on skewers and cooked them indirect.

Once they were done I moved them indirect to get a little color and char on them.

Kebobs resting.

Plated with tzatziki sauce (another Alton Brown recipe) onion, tomato feta cheese and served with some Avogolemono soup.

I'll be in San Diego at X-mas................I'll send a guy in a black trench coat and he will pick up a bakers dozen.
If not................well then maybe 24-30..........

Looks great, vermin! I swear, only you could form some meat into the exact shape and proportions of a turd, and make it still look delicious!
