My wife picked up a couple of tuna steaks on her way home from work. I fired up the grill and dinner was had! I put a light coat of maple syrup on the steaks first, then rubbed one down with Wittdogs rub and the other down with mine. I cooked them to medium and then put some of Wittdogs salsa on mine. Man that was good eats! Great rub and salsa Dave!

Looks very good Nick.

I gotta get some of that dog rub. :D

On edit:

Just incase I decide to eat more healthy, could you describe the process a bit ?

Looks great Nick...glad you like the rub and the salsa..the salsa recipe is is posted...incase you ever decide to do some canning.

Nick is your fish monger "Stevie Wonder"? That looks more like swordfish than tuna to me! Still looks good whatever it is!

Nick, Looks great, good job. I too Love Tuna, espically Tuna Steaks. Good Grill Marks, that takes more skill than people think.
