Grilled the neighbor a birthday steak... Made us some too...

I made friends with a neighbor way down the street and today was his brthday so I made him a "Black Angus" Rib -Eye .. Made Faye a Filet Mignon and myself a "Flat Iron" Steak... Marinated in Lea & Perrins( 1 table spoon), olive oil 1/4 cup & "Kansas City grillers spice... Grilled on the infrared with a chunk of hickory on the side.. The wood hurt my teeth though...
