grilled tenderloin roast

Every now and again, I buy a whole beef tenderloin at Costco and butcher it into filets. The odd pieces go into kabobs and this time I kept the knob at the big end in a roast. I weighed it and it was 1lb 2oz. I stuffed it with blue cheese and grilled it on the BGE at 600*.





It was really good.
