Grilled Stuffed Loin Chops

Nice thick loin chops...stuffed with poultry stuffing with extra onion n bacon made by Dad. Some baby reds in oil, and Ranch dip mix. Some asparagus with just oil, and S&P.

Great Father's Day ..hanging out with my Dad...and family.

Thank JB for that. They sure were a hit!

Forgot to mention .. on the outside of the chops were just EVOO, S&P, and fresh thyme.

Glad

Dad was glad to have so much fun with the two generations. Children are special, but the grands are unique

My stomach just growled. Excellent looking food. BTW, I don't mind Steel Head but you have to be careful with those high gravity beers.

Thank you ma brutha. Steel is cheap, and potent. Why waste time and the extra calories....but Hell yeah.. Ya gotta pace em.
