The little lady wanted ribs for dinner while we watched the NBA playoffs but she wanted them non smoked and with a different flavor so here’s what I did. I bought one rack of spares, pulled off the membrane and trimmed. Then I added the last of my Wolfe citrus, some garlic powder and a little salt & pepper. I cooked the ribs indirect on the gasser at a temp between 250 & 300 for 4+ hours during witch I sprayed a few times with apple juice. All in all they were pretty good but I think I over cooked em a bit. It was fun trying something different but I personally prefer ribs cooked on the smoker.
