Grilled ribs

Mom& Dad came over and I had to see what all the hype was about. So I grilled up some spares, with just salt & pepper. Also did some blade beef ribs on the WSM (since I didn't hove room on the OTG.






They came off the bone nice, but sorry to say, I prefer the low and slow smoked ribs mo better....Mom & Dad too.

Food looks great but I'm with you guys, I prefer my ribs cooked Looooow and slooooow.

If there were complants, you could have sent the ribs this way! I'd have no trouble disposing of them for you!
