I grilled some homemade Italian sausages late this afternoon along with smoking some ribs and roasting a chicken for tomorrow evening.
I seasoned the ribs with my BBQ dry rub.
I dried the chicken well and rubbed butter all over the outer skin then seasoned it with the same BBQ rub.
The Chicken's done!
And so are the ribs!
These were probably the best ribs I've ever done. They didn't last very long at all.
Then it was time to grill the Italian sausage.
I used a Sal & Judy's Italian Sauce like you would BBQ sauce and spooned it on the sausages while cooking on the grill. The taste from grilling and the light smokiness was fantastic.
Made for an EXCELLENT Italian sausage poboy!
