Last night I grilled up a flank steak my wife had marinating in garlic & lime juice. She also made some rice and a killer salad that had black beans, corn and avocado in it. The entire dinner came from her weightwatchers recipe book and if any one wants the ingredients just pm me.

That is one fine looking meal right there!!! I love weight watchers stuff. Have a couple of cook books of theirs. They make for a nice reference for quick, simple and fresh recipes.

Another good way to cook a flank is have your butcher run it thru the tenderizer 2 times. Sprinkle some of my steak seasoning on it and roll it up end to end and slice about 3/4-1 inch thick. Stick with a toothpick and grill. The Best!

That looks good. Are there a lot of good recipes in the weight watchers cookbook? I need to loose a few lbs. :D

Surprisingly yes. I really hate low fat products but I have been very happy with some of the recipes. She also gets some from the 24hour fitness website as well but I think you need to be a member to get those.
