Grilled Chops

After a long and gruelling weekend I cooked last night. Did some bone in loin chops rubbed down with The Slabs Rub. Also did some grilled veggies and my wife made some pasta salad. The Slabs rub was PDG, nice smokey flavor.

Looks real fine Larry. These stupid grocery stores don't keep thick cut PC I got to buy a loin & cut em myself.
