grilled chicken skewers for lunch

Made this quick lunch one day last week. Used chicken thighs and a recipe I found out of a weber cookbook called Yakitori. It was pretty good. Had some brown rice and leftover red cabbage slaw to go with it.




I learned an important lesson about why you should soak your skewers first!
