Grilled Chicken Salad

It was warm day last Sunday so I decided to make a grilled chicken salad. Had some family over so just put the spread out lazy like so folks could make their own. After 8 beers I forgot to grill the corn and dice the red onion. All else went fine. Made a fresh fruit salad as an appetizer. Cooked the chicken on the SM attachment over some Mesquite lump.

Not to brag but that's to keep it cold. I doubt you folks are having that problem. I only use those when I'm grilling. If I'm just drinking they don't last long enough to get warm.

Man Mike, that looks fantastic. Love the wetsuit for your Corona. Yea, I'm going to have to break out my SM. That really looks like it's a blast to use. I will have to drive out to that wood lot for some red oak next week and plan something for that weekend.
