Grilled Chicken Caprese

Another one from Cook's Country.


Ready to go.




Chicken and tomatoes on. Corn finishing up.




Chicken and tomatoes flipped, mozzarella added to the tomatoes.




Everything off.




Plated.




Pretty good. Not my favorite but it was tasty.
