Griff Loaf on the gasser

Well, I wanted meatloaf and wanted to try Griff's recipie but didn't want to crank up the WSM so I decided to do this on the Gas Grill using a foil pouch with apple wood. Turned out good, just no smoke ring. Next time I will do it in the smoker.

I am having leftovers for breakfast.
