Made a Griff loaf, formed it in a bread pan and place in the fridge for about an hour. Then on the grill and seasoned with some Tatonka dust and black pepper.
Loaf done! About the ugliest loaf I have ever seen but it smelled outstanding!!
Placed me a think slice on top of some mashed potatoes and surrounded it with some mixed vegetables.
Then smothered it in some gravy. It wasn't the prettiest meatloaf I have ever made but it was one of the best tasting ones. It ate real well!!
