Chicken Tenders done

Warmed up some pita breads

Placed a couple of pieces of chicken on a pita with some tzatziki sauce, tomato, red onion, and feta cheese. Served with a Greek salad and Avogolemono soup.

Good looking eats John! Chicken is a very good protein for loosing weight. I put myself on a diet about a year ago, an I have seen pounds just melt away. Over 100 so far. And to tell you the truth I have felt the best that I have in a long time.

Looks great as usual V! How was it? Would you make it again and if you did what would you tweak?

We still have leftover soup and tzatki sauce so I made it again tonight. This time I made it on the stove and chunked up the chicken. It could use a little salt other than that I wouldn't change a thing.

The tzatki sauce, where did you get that? And it that the same kind of sauce in a gyro?
