Placed a couple of pieces of chicken on a pita with some tzatziki sauce, tomato, red onion, and feta cheese. Served with a Greek salad and Avogolemono soup.

Good looking eats John! Chicken is a very good protein for loosing weight. I put myself on a diet about a year ago, an I have seen pounds just melt away. Over 100 so far. And to tell you the truth I have felt the best that I have in a long time.

We still have leftover soup and tzatki sauce so I made it again tonight. This time I made it on the stove and chunked up the chicken. It could use a little salt other than that I wouldn't change a thing.

Yes its the same sauce. I like Alton Browns recipe, it tastes exactly like the Greek restaurant's sauce that we like to go to. The recipe says to use plain yogurt and drain it, I use Greek yogurt instead. Other than that I follow the recipe as is.
