Our outdoor kitchen/bar is just about complete. Done enough that we can use it. Friday night we invited a few people over. A lot of people showed up and I grossly underestimated the food and beer. Oh thank heaven 7 Eleven is just down the street so the beer was covered but all I had was frozen meats. At least there was plenty of snacks around. Hardly took any pics too.

Some of Fridays chicken and sausage

Saturday night was much better. Didn't run out of beer and didn't run out of food until way late in the night. I think one person didn't get anything

Some of the chicken breasts I cooked early in the afternoon.

Chopped the chicken up, added some homemade Salsa verde, cheese, and green onion and made quesadillas out of it.

I would make about 5 or 6 at a time and put them on the grill to warm up all night long. I made around 40 or 50 quesadillas and not a single one leftover.

Sunday I made some gumbo and some more chicken and made some nachos out of that but didn't take any pics for the Chargers game.

Hey Vermin, you've been busy! Great looking quesadillas. I tried out your salsa verde recipe and it was great. I used it in some chicken enchiladas and it was a big hit with the family. To bad about the Chargers. Looks like their off to the same start as last year.
