Well, all I can say is that was a fantastic meal! I really amaze myself sometimes. I started with wrapping baby zucchini with bacon and dredging the baby portobellos in melted butter and sprinkling them with my Cajun seasoning.

Whew! It sure gets hot around that grill. Good thing I had some life saving adult pops with the foam on top to cool me down.

The baby zuchs were looking really nice!

I let the Keg get up to about 600* to cook the swordfish hot and quick. I marinated them in a little olive oil and champagne vinegar and seasoned them with my Wild citrus seasoning.

I seriously don't think I could have had a better meal in any restaurant tonight.

The swordfish was cooked about as perfect as it could be done!

The salad wasn't too dang shabby either with Jeanie's Cajun Red Wine dressing and a lil grated parmesan cheese.
