We had some friends over for dinner last night. Decided to try some German dishes. Spiessbraten
from Raichlen, German Potato Salad
from Food Network and Blaukraut
from some blog.
Pork loin butterflied...
...seasoned and stuffed with onions...
...then tied and waiting for the grill.

The loin was supposed to be cooked on a rotisserie, I don't have one so I just turned it often over indirect heat...
...until it was done.
