Game Wings

Getting ready for the Skins vs. Rams game......

Grilled some wings and whipped up a quick Peach BBQ Sauce for them. Pretty tasty!

You did your part, Larry. The 'Skins almost did their part, but not quite.

I threw this recipe together with what was handy, here goes.

Most items are approximate, I don't really measure

2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups White Sugar
1/2 Medium Yellow Onion Minced
6 cloves of garlic minced
1 Small Snack Can of peaches with syrup
1 Small Can of tomato paste
TBS Cinnamon
TBS Red Pepper Flakes
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt

Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.
