Game time grub

I gotta keep my strenght up for the big game. You know, the one where LSU destroys Georgia!!!

So I started with a strawberry wine thyme sauce. Reduced the wine with thyme, shallots, garlic, and rosemary before adding veal stock and reducing again so it was nice and tastey! Finished Monte' au beurre.

Whipped up some seasoned butter beans and some spinach and feta cheese. And, some greek seasoned poke chops from the Primo.

Next up. Porterhouse and a sympathy phone call to my Georgia buddies.

Wasn't quite the azz whoopin I was looking for. Must have been the moon. We are on a 26 day cycle and it was only 24 days, so if we had played 2 days from now it would have been, well, er, uh, different, kinda, yeah, different. We woulda, uh , uh, uh, broke off a piece of that pie.

What ever. We lost. But I came out OK.

Porterhouse with gus, blue cheese sauce, and saute'd shrooms.

Here is me after yesterdays steak;

We used left over porterhouse to make some quesadilas. Thin cut strips with cheese, green onions, and tobasco peppers on mine.

Maybe at least the Saints will win???
