So Friday night when I came home from work I got the grill ready and we had chicken marinated in Italian dressing, Tilapia marinated in in lemon, lime, mined onion, garlic, cilantro, etc and we also had artichoke’s and cuoscous. Here are the pics.

Man that looks good. I miss California artichokes.. Grew up on them.. Great work.. You still have 2 more days to cook more... :shock:

They sell em here I just never ate em before
 
MMM artichokes are awesome.

You can stuff them with just about anything. They make a great container to serve from too.
