Friday Night Fillet Mignon & Saturday Catering

here is the Bacon wrapped Fillets I did Friday night... and the fruit & Cheese display from Last nights catering gig

Steaks look good. The fruit and cheese display really looks good. What else did you have to go with it?

coat with olive oil, lemon juice and S&P & herbs or your favorite bbq rub

We did the fruit & cheese display
the wife did a cake with blueberry filling
coctail shrimp
spinach dip in bread bowl(cheated on the dip... costco)
hot crab dip (wife made it)
veggie tray
and I did mini bacon wrapped fillet mignon on the smoker. I got rave reviews on these but I was not impressed with them for some reason (that's why I didn't take a pic of them) THey were Okay... not dry or anything... I was just not happy with them.
