French Onion Steaks

Made some French Onion Steaks on toasted Garlic Bread with grilled artichoke hearts for dinner…..
The French Onion Steaks are grilled then topped with caramelized onion and fresh mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parsley. The artichoke hearts were brushed with some garlic infused EVOO



I wish I had one of those mini torches to hit the top of the cheese with….

Cappy if this makes your honey do list…..it’s not enough to sauté the onions they need to be caramelized that’s were the French Onion Flavor comes from

I myself don't put anything on top of a steak 'cept a knife (Cutting straight down)
But that sounds real damn tasty!
