Marinated some in a teriyaki pineapple marinade and some in an asiany BBQ sauce marinade overnight.

On the grill

The Wife said they were great and we need to have them more often, I have to agree.
 
Hey Vermin, these look real good. They look like Korean style short ribs. Did your butcher cut them for you or did they come packaged that way? I would like to try them myself. You've sure been busy these last few days.
 
I have been off from work the past week so Ive been using my time off well. LOL. The ribs come cut that way already but I had to marinade them. Any Mexican or Asian market that has a meat counter should have them.
