Fish tacos again for dinner tonight, Fish of choice, Mahi Mahi


Plated and served with some a Baja Style Shrimp Cocktail. I love them fish tacos and the Shrimp Cocktail was outstanding too. Only thing missing was a Michaleda.

Wow..that looks mighty fine. Bet some Dolphin meat would taste good in a taco. Or maybe a Marlin would taste good. Its the big blue fish which looks artificial when its mounted. Not a mammal.
