Thanks to Surfinsapo for the Photo advise.
This was my first attempt at pics and realize I'm going to have to work on my photo skills, but here ya go.

Tri Tip Night
1st. one rubbed with Montreal Steak Spice, 2nd with my homemade BBQ rub and 3rd. one with homemade chilie rub, but not too much of any of the above. A very light baste with home made sauce and we're ready to eat.
A little bit of apple wood and smokin.

A little more well done than I prefer, but tender and tasty.

Great Job on the Tri Tips :D Cramden I know a made is real serious 'bout his Q when I see TWO charcoal chimneys in the pics ;)

good looking chow ... on ur pics ..way way to big ...either set ur camera for 800x600 or change the size of them with something like this , www.irfanview.com

Food looks great Cramden..... You can check the resize box to 800 x 600 before you upload each picture. Then post the whole pic code and not the thumb nail code.. Congrats

I type letter backwards all the time... Hope it isn't early signs of Alzheimer's...If it is..Oh well...
