LOL bigwheel, me too. But I have to settle for being a poor Italian person. Actually, the butcher makes these up out of leftover pieces when he cuts the filets and sells them for $5.99 each, great deal.
Butcher uses Terriaki then wraps them in Saran wrap. I unwrapped them and added some more then let them sit for a couple of hours. Next time I'm going to add some finely chopped garlic as well.
